By booking or participating in Women's Trad Festival, you (“you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) laid out by Women's Trad Festival (“us”). “Tickets” refers to your ticket for Women's Trad Festival. “Event” refers to the Women's Trad Festival in its entirety.

1. PURCHASING TICKETS

1.1 Tickets you purchase are for your personal use. There is a limit of one ticket per person. You must not re-sell or transfer (or seek to re-sell or transfer) your ticket. A breach of this condition will entitle WTF to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.

1.2 If there is a maximum order permitted per person, per card or per household and you order or buy more tickets than the maximum permitted we may cancel all of the order or tickets, in which case you will be refunded the ticket price and any booking, transaction or supplementary fees you have paid.

1.3 An order for tickets is not complete until accepted by us. We try to ensure all prices are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of tickets you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and we may either cancel the order (in which case you will be refunded the ticket price and any booking, transaction or supplementary fees you have paid) or give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price.

1.4 If you are purchasing a 'parent & child' ticket, you are purchasing a ticket for yourself and your child. You must attend the festival with your child, and you will be responsible for them whenever they are not climbing. Please note these tickets are for children aged 8 and over.
